This course provides the necessary hands-on training and knowledge needed by employees who are designated to perform Competent Person tasks on trenching and excavation sites. Other employees who work near or in excavations but are not the designated Competent Person will also benefit from this class. The day-long program uses local examples of excavation and soil conditions. Helpful checklists and handouts are provided.
