We recognize that organizations may not be able to support a full-time safety coordinator. In spite of this, your safety program can still be a strong and viable force in your organization. Circle Safety has experienced great success assisting our clients in the development of the skills of their site safety staff. We call this “Peer Mentoring.” We take our years of experience and work one-on-one with the clients’ selected collateral duty personnel in order to get them up to speed on all the pertinent OSHA requirements. We also provide hands-on training in the development of safety skills such as auditing, accident investigation, recordkeeping and other techniques that allow them to take over as the Safety Coordinator in an effective manner.
