Safety Mentoring

We offer a unique service that provides one-on-one mentoring, behind the scenes support, as well as professional and on-the-job training for “designated safety coordinators.”

Can’t afford a full-time, fully-credentialed safety and health professional? We’ll help you “grow your own.” We will develop a carefully-tailored mentoring plan and will then work closely with your designated employee to develop, implement, and maintain your safety and health system.

Need on-site work done? We can travel to your location to perform thorough safety audits. Our experienced consultants will inspect your workplace and document areas that are not in compliance. We will answer your questions, advise best-practice industry standards, and interpret any questions you may have about how the OSHA construction and general industry standards apply to your workplace. Upon the conclusion of our safety audit, you will be provided with photographic and written documentation of our findings and recommendations. These documents will enable you to correct any problem areas, track progress of ongoing correction, and provide proof of your organization’s dedication to safety.
