Circle Safety & Health Consultants, LLC is a women-owned and -operated occupational safety and health consulting firm incorporated on February 15, 1995 as a joint partnership in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Jan Thomas, PhD, CSP founded Circle Safety on May 1, 1994. Anna Jolly joined as a partner in February, 1995. Today, Circle Safety’s team is made up of professionals serving client needs throughout Virginia as well as in several regions of the United States.

Circle Safety’s central offices and training facility are located in the Innsbrook Office Park of Glen Allen, Virginia – a suburb on the west end of Richmond. This location allows us to be close to main transportation corridors and within easy commute of our clients in and around the Hampton Roads area, Washington DC, and Maryland.

We assist clients in the private and public sectors and have built a reputation of excellence and prompt response to occupational safety and health compliance and risk control needs.
